OUTREACH

Glenda’s Garden provides person-centered outreach and engagement services that meet individuals where they are. Through relationship-building, basic needs support, and individualized connections to resources, we help bridge the gap between crisis and stability. Our outreach efforts focus on creating pathways to housing, behavioral health services, substance use supports, healthcare, employment resources, and other community-based services that promote long-term wellness and housing stability. We believe meaningful change starts with trust, dignity, and walking alongside people on their journey toward stability and hope.

If you or someone you know is living in a place not meant for habitation and is in need of outreach support or basic supplies, please reach out to us. We may be able to assist with survival items, resource connections, and support services.

To help us connect with the individual, please provide a way for us to contact them (or you), along with information that may help us locate and make contact such as a general area, camp location, cross streets, landmarks, regular places they spend time, or other helpful details.
